DISPOSABLE CAMERA FOR EVENTS · NO ACCOUNT, NO DOWNLOAD

Your event produces hundreds of photos. You end up with a handful.

Just like a real disposable

Except nobody loses the camera at the end of the night.
The app: the event invite, with the QR code to print, the event name and the reminder to scan, take 12 photos and wait for the reveal

1 · Send the link or print the QR code

You create the event, choose how many photos each person gets and when the capsule opens. Then drop the link in the group chat, print the QR code for the tables, or both. Guests type their name and that is it. No app, no account.

The app: the roll belonging to someone who joined the event, all 12 shots still full, "12 shots left" and the button to grab the camera

2 · Everyone gets their own roll

A few photos each, like the 27 exposures of the old days. Once you shoot, the photo goes into the capsule blurred, and not even you can see it. No preview, no retakes, no posing.

The app: the revealed wall, with the name of whoever took each photo

3 · At the time you set, the capsule opens

At the end of the event, the next morning or a week later, you choose. The whole wall unblurs at once for everyone, with the name of the person who took each photo.

INSIDE THE APP

See how it looks on a phone

Not a mockup: these are Capsule's own screens, exactly as they open on the phone of someone at the event. Look at the address bar. It is a website, there is nothing to download.

  • The host's dashboard on a phone: the event cover, the host's own camera, and the counters for people joined, photos in the dark and film used
    Only whoever created the event

    You follow along without peeking

How many people joined, how many photos are already in the dark, and how much of the film is gone. Not even you see the photos before the time comes.

  • The camera screen on a phone: the viewfinder pointed at a birthday cake, the shots left, the shutter button, and the browser address bar visible underneath
    You and every guest

    The same camera for everyone

It opens inside the browser, with the shots you have left sitting right under the viewfinder. You shoot along with everyone, on the same roll. Once you take it, it is gone. It comes back at the reveal.

  • The app on a phone: the wall still locked, with the reveal date above it and the photos blurred behind a padlock
    Nobody sees it yet

    The capsule stays locked

The photo goes in blurred and stays that way, with the opening date on the screen. Not even the person who took it can see it before the time comes.

  • The revealed wall on a phone: the event's photos with no blur, each one with the name of whoever took it
    Everyone, at the same time

    Everyone's photos, together

Every person's roll lands on the same wall, each photo with the name of whoever took it. Only people who joined the event can see it.

THE CAMERA

Which camera will you be carrying?

You pick one when you create the event, and it develops the whole album. Like a real roll of film: the camera arrives at the party already loaded, and nobody sits around picking filters afterwards.

The same family photo around the cake, developed on the Original camera: the colors of the room and the clothes exactly as they were.

Original

The colors as the camera saw them, with nothing touched. This is the one loaded by default.

The same family photo around the cake, developed on the Vintage camera: everything pulled towards a warmer, softer tone.

Vintage

Warm tones and soft contrast, like film developed at the shop down the street.

The same family photo around the cake, developed on the Black & White camera: no color, with deep shadows.

Black & White

No color at all and real contrast. Good for night, difficult light and stages.

the same photo, developed on all three

The camera applies to the whole roll and cannot be changed after the event is created, so everyone shoots with the same one. The original file of every photo is kept exactly as it was.

MESSAGES

A capsule holds more than photos

Every guest can also leave a written message or record their voice. It all goes in sealed alongside the photos and opens at the same moment they do.

Written message

Up to 3 per person, about the length of a note on the fridge. Nobody reads them before the time comes, not even the person who wrote one. At the reveal they land on the wall with the name of whoever left them.

Voice message

Up to 2 per person, a minute each, recorded right there in the browser. It is the answering machine message that only plays when the capsule opens.

The host's greeting

You record a short audio invitation and it plays for everyone who joins, before they record their own. This one plays right away: it is the invitation, not the memory.

All of it is included in every plan, the free one included, and no message ever costs a photo. Everyone's roll stays whole, and anyone who has finished their film can still leave a message right up to the reveal.

Every occasion worth remembering in full

The photographer covers the ceremony. Capsule covers everything else, through the eyes of the people who were there.

Wedding: guests dancing on the dance floor

Weddings

A QR code on every table turns the reception into a shared album to open on the honeymoon.
Birthday: chocolate cake with colorful candles and the number 2, surrounded by sweets

Birthdays

The gift that arrives the next day: the party seen by everyone who came.
Graduation: a cap and a hug

Graduations

The last night with the whole class together deserves more than stories that disappear.
Company party: a group together on a canal boat trip

Company parties

The office party captured by everyone, with nobody stuck behind a phone all night.
Trip: a stone arch opening onto the beach

Trips

One capsule for the whole weekend. It opens when you get back, in the group chat, with popcorn.
Concert: a band playing on a small stage with a packed crowd behind

Concerts

The show through the eyes of everyone who went, not just the part that fit on your phone.

And any other kind of event: baby showers and christenings, a night with friends, the end of year dinner. If it is worth remembering together, it is worth a capsule.

THE MOMENT

The event happens twice.

The first time, live. The second, when the capsule opens: everyone gets the alert in the same minute, the wall unblurs photo by photo and the group chat lights up all over again. It is the old trip to pick up your prints, except this time everyone goes together.

The app: the locked wall with its reveal date, and the photos coming out of the blur one by one, each with the name of whoever took it

A guest is anyone who joins the capsule, including the people who only want to see the photos afterwards. The host takes a spot too, because the host also shoots.

Nobody poses for the camera

No preview, no retakes, no retouching. The photos come out the way the event actually was, and that is exactly why they are good.

Zero friction for guests

Open the link or point at the QR code, type your name, start shooting. It works in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install, even your uncle's.

Private by default

Only people who joined the event can see the wall. You set the time the capsule opens, and nobody sees anything before that.

Questions everyone asks

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. The link opens the camera straight in the phone's browser, and the QR code does exactly the same thing. People type their name and start shooting. There is no app to install and no account to create.

Do I have to print the QR code?

No. Every event has a link, and sending it in the group chat works just like the QR code: whoever opens it joins the same capsule. The printed sign is for when you want the table to explain itself, and you can use both at the same event.

Really, not even I, the host, get to see the photos first?

Really. That is the whole point. The capsule opens for everyone at the same moment, you included.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once per event, and only if you need more people than the free plan holds. Nothing is charged afterwards.
